Personally
Cheryl grew up climbing trees, exploring forests, and letting imagination play wildly with a neighborhood of friends back when free-range play didn’t need a name or explanation. In a small town of 200, everyone really does know your name, and your family too. Her rich rural roots nurtured a deep appreciation of nature, the rewards of doing good work, and a humble gratitude for the gift of community. Though she’s lived in much bigger areas since then, her small-town values live through her wherever she goes.
She loves to hike, paddleboard, and create good things through her passion for literary, visual, and culinary arts. Her two adult sons continue to fill her with pride and joy.

I have known Cheryl for many years and knew that she would be a conscientious and thorough pick to sell my house plus she's a delight to be around. I moved out of state so her job was just to sell my house, not help me find a new one. We had a well-received open house right away and throughout the 3 weeks it took to sell my house, Cheryl remained in clear and reliable communication. I never felt pushed to lower my house price in that time or accept anything I wasn't comfortable with. Even when she wasn't sure the answer, she quickly got expert help and we moved forward.
